With only four ingredients, this scrub offers plenty of exfoliation. The combination of finely powdered walnut shells, baking soda, kaolin clay and colloidal oatmeal create a neutral appearance that’s not too fussy or feminine. Because this recipe does not contain water when packaged, there was no need to add a preservative to this scrub! YAY! Less chemicals always makes me happy! You will add your own wet component once you get it home! Our wooden bowls, spoons , washcloths and application brushes are all sold separately and compliment our face masks so beautifully!
Directions for use: apply the dry scrub directly to wet, clean skin. Or, place some of the scrub in your hands and add a few drops of water or cold apple cider vinegar to make a paste. People with dry skin might prefer mixing the scrub with oil before each use. Sweet almond, avocado or argan oil would work very well. I LOVE this scrub mixed with cold organic full fat greek yogurt (which is what you see in the first and second photos). It feels so wonderful on my skin!
For men, apply the scrub 2-3 times a week. Ladies I find that once a week is enough for me and does a nice job of exfoliating!
